The primary responsibilities of the dietary aide are to set up, break down, and clean up of assigned unit dining room and kitchenette, serve resident meals, stocking and rotating food items, read and record temperatures, and document and administer proper diet order. They are also responsible to assist cook with meal preparation in the main kitchen.
