Dietary Aide Duties & Responsibilities
Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations
Knowledge of Infection Control standards-hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, blood spill kits, etc.
Food safety certification required within the first year
Preparation and serving of assigned meals following approved menu by the Nutrition Committee
Opening/closing duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned by the Site Director / Program Director / Director of Dietary to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility

*FULL-TIME, 8am-6:30pm Wednesday-Saturday (with a break from 2pm-3:30pm)

Responsibilities
Dietary Aides are responsible for overall dining experience for our senior living residents.
Qualifications
Must be reliable, friendly and professional.
Must be able to follow kitchen/dining protocols to meet facility standards.
We require good communication both written and verbally.
Must be detailed oriented.
English is required.
