* 80 hours per two week pay period, shift 5:30am - 2:00pm

Flexible, part time positions:

* 28 hours per two week pay period; shift times include 6am-10am and working every other weekend.

* 24 hours per two week pay period; shift times include 3:30pm-7:30 pm and working ever other weekend.

* 16 hours per two week pay period; shift times include 3:30pm-7:30pm and work every other weekend.

* Casual Call; This position works 3 or more shifts per month.

About the Position:

Come join our team of dedicated staff! We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our top-notch culinary team. Our kitchen provides meals for 110+ residents at Riverside Transitional Care. We also prepare meals for residents in assisted living on our campus. Being a Dietary Aide and Cook gives you the opportunity to provide a high-quality dining experience for residents by not only cooking but serving attractive and nutritious meals. Duties include quantity cooking, dish room duties, cleaning duties, serving resident’s meals, restocking and various kitchen duties. Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

* The successful candidate must be a responsible individual who is able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to multitask is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

* Quantity cooking experience

* Experience working with seniors or in a long-term care community

* Background checks are ran after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check

Starting Wages:

* New! Part Time Servers Starting between $14.50 and $16.00 per hour, more based on qualifications, experience, and hours worked

* New! Full Time Servers Starting between $15.50 and $17.00 per hour, more based on qualifications and experience

* Train to fill Assistant Cook shifts for more pay!

* We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.

This is a full time position working Tuesday to Friday 7:30am to 3pm and alternate weekends

Sign-On Bonus

$250.00 Plus

$250.00 in 90 Days


Responsibilities:

- Serving as a role model in providing dining service to our residence
- Assisting with training team members
- Maintaining proper dining room set up
- Assisting in special events
- Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness, readiness, standards
- Assisting in table top inventories maintenance
- Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Qualifications:

- High School diploma preferred / GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
