Applicants who have disqualifying offenses under Senate Bill 160 may be disqualified from employment. As part of the pre-employment process, Copeland Oaks conducts Criminal Background checks through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation (BCI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Crandall Medical Center also conducts pre-employment Drug Testing.
