Copeland Oaks, a non for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community has openings for casual and part time Diet Aides. Copeland Oaks is located on a beautiful 250-acre village like setting in Sebring Ohio, between Salem and Alliance. The casual diet aide works on average of 12 hours per week and the part time diet aide works 16-29 hours per week.
The Diet Aides provide important food services to the residents of independent living, assisted living and long term care skilled nursing; as well as to employees and visitors. Diet Aides set up meal trays and deliver food carts to resident areas and assist in serving meals. Diet Aides also work on various cleaning tasks within the kitchens.

$14.41 starting wage. Hours worked between 3:30pm and 7:30 pm receive an additional $1.00 in shift differential.
Qualified Diet Aide candidates can be 16 years old or older. (School aged employees must have the ability to obtain a Work Permit). This position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pushing/pulling and squatting. Candidates must be able to read, write, and follow directions. Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
