Bob joined Logicalis Group in November 2015 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in March 2018 before taking the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Logicalis Group in March 2020. Prior to US LEC, he held senior roles at Alcatel (now Nokia), Windward International and Siecor Corporation.

Russ also led the premium cloud hosting company, MediaTemple (mt), where he was responsible for the company’s global sales growth, brand, strategic direction, culture, and operational execution. Russ helped lead the sale of MediaTemple (mt) to GoDaddy where he stayed on the GoDaddy executive team to help transform GoDaddy and prepare for their IPO. Throughout his career and his life beyond business, Russ has been an attentive student of innovation that drives change. He continues to hone and apply a leadership philosophy first inspired by his grandfather and then his professional mentors. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Computer Decision Support Systems from James Madison University’s College of Business, and has completed the HBS President’s Program in Leadership (PPL) from Harvard Business School.

Dan Mayleben

As an Entrepreneur in Residence at General Catalyst Partners, Dan Mayleben focuses on investing in and building growth-stage enterprise software businesses through a value-added operationally focused strategy. Dan is the former COO and CFO of Amcom Software. Amcom provides mission critical communications solutions for hospitals, government and hospitality customers. Amcom Software was sold to USA Mobility in March 2011. Prior to Amcom, Dan was the CFO of HighJump Software. While serving as CFO for HighJump Software, Dan led the implementation of a new business model and grew the company at an annual rate of 25 percent. He co-led the sale of that company to 3M in January 2004. Prior to HighJump, Dan served as CFO of Adaytum, acquired by Cognos in January 2003 for $160 million. Before Adaytum, Dan had various finance roles at Honeywell, which included the CFO of $1.8 billion business unit and undertaking several acquisitions, both large and small. Dan is a graduate of Creighton University.
