Pros of working at Digi-Key Electronics

The pay is great. Most people are very friendly and helpful. My job as packager is great even with the extra OT hours. We are treated well.

Cons of working at Digi-Key Electronics

The constant change of supervisors and team leads. In the 3.5 years I’ve worked for DK I have had 6 different supv and Team leads. I find it a bit overwhelming because they all seem to work differently. Those we currently have in my work area seem very uninformed and not sure what to do if a problem arises. One is a newer employee.
