The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our internal and customer-facing validation products for the DigiCert software. This includes executing validation scripts, reviewing completed test results, and packaging them into a Transferable validation product. What you will do Project a professional company image through phone, chat and email interactions. Recognize, document and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls. Research customer organizations and verify organization contact details online. Answer pre-sales and customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify root causes of production problems. Coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel. Study product characteristics or customer requirements and confer with management to determine validation objectives and standards. Create, populate, or maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems. What you will have High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in customer service. Comfortable working on a computer daily and conversing over the phone and through email. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products and other applicable software or applications. Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills. Self-motivated, manage your time well, and get things done. Team oriented and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Nice to have Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or other technical degree. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within the tech industry. What you will do Partner with product, marketing, and executive teams to build consensus and clarity on DigiCert's role in the AI trust ecosystem Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that connect DigiCert's expertise in authentication, identity, and integrity to emerging AI use cases Own the GTM plan, timelines, launch assets, and success metrics for AI-related offerings Create and deliver thought leadership content, including presentations, whitepapers, and panels that establish DigiCert as a trusted voice in AI security Serve as a public-facing evangelist, representing DigiCert in industry discussions, analyst briefings, and events focused on AI innovation and digital trust Collaborate with sales and enablement to produce outbound content, customer narratives, and training materials that drive awareness and pipeline growth Partner with demand gen and digital marketing to translate positioning into targeted campaigns that drive awareness and qualified pipeline Work cross-functionally to influence strategic initiatives, ensuring DigiCert's market story aligns with customer needs and industry trends Monitor and analyze the evolving AI security landscape to identify market opportunities and competitive insights What you will have 7+ years of marketing or technical evangelism experience, including at least 3 years in product marketing or related strategic marketing roles Strong background in technical marketing, evangelism, or consulting within security, AI, or enterprise software industries Proven ability to craft and deliver high-impact narratives that resonate with both technical and executive audiences Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and panel moderation skills: confident on stage and in media Deep understanding of or familiarity with the AI market, especially the intersection of AI and security Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment, driving clarity in complex, fast-moving environments Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, emerging technology, and market creation Genuine passion for AI and curiosity about how it transforms trust, identity, and risk in enterprise systems. Background in technical storytelling, developer engagement, or industry thought leadership.
