management processes. Assist the Division Chief with calendar management, meeting coordination, and

completion of action items. Prepare, edit, and format executive-level documents, including briefings,
talking points, official correspondence, and internal memos. Maintain and update hand receipts,
coordinate supply/equipment needs, and assist with property accountability. Serve as the central point of
contact for coordinating division-level administrative requirements, ensuring timely and professional
communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The team is also the main developer of training, training material and training devices and/or provides oversight in the development of these items.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide training, training development, subject matter expertise, logistical support, and management of DigiFlight's / PM Apache's AH-64D/E training requirements.
2. Conduct flight training, academic lecture, guided discussions, instructor lead practical exercises, and simulation training in all aspects of the AH-64D and/ AH-64E, to include aircraft, weapon, and mission systems.
3. Develop academic training or provide subject matter expertise in the development of training and training devices by the AH-64E OEM or third-party vendors.
4. Prepare, manage schedules, and conduct training IAW applicable Program of Instructions, Training Support Plans, Course Management Plans, Course Syllabuses and or within other official guidance with little to no supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities
This position is in direct support of the Close Combat Weapon System Division within the Aviation and
Missile Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) at Redstone Arsenal,
AL. The selectee will provide support to the CCWS Javelin/TOW Division by assisting in the execution of
the Foreign Military Sales Programs. The selectee will be required to have excellent organizational skills as
they will be supporting multilple countries. The selectee will be responsible for providing full spectrum
support to the Javelin/TOW team for the following Foreign Military Sales tasks:
1. Case Development
2. Case Writing
3. Financial Management
4. Program Management Review Support
5. FMS Taskers
6. Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance (APACS) System
7. US Army Correspondence
8. Updating CMA/COP Database
The selectee will attain at least a “Secret” Level security clearance and adhere to all US Government and
US Army policies pertaining to the tasks assigned.
Minimum Experience
Some FMS experience preferred. Product knowledge a plus.
