Perform Confined Space and Lockout / Tagout procedures where appropriate.
Monitor training status of technicians and provide time for required training as needed.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school and/or GED is preferred.
Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
Must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment to be eligible for employment.
Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. This includes wiring, electrical, mechanical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing required.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment required. Applicable military experience will be considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel is preferred.
Maintenance administration experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, maintenance management systems is required.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $98,700 and $157,920 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.

Summary: Performs tests on line fail products and repairs customer returned units. Requires 0 to 3 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Building circuits to specification.
Solid understanding of electronic theory and application; including troubleshooting techniques, calibration, test procedures, circuit analysis, and use of electronic equipment.
Knowledge of computers and operating systems, functional understanding of workbooks and databases and proficient with Microsoft Office.
Firm grasp of ESD protocols.
Repair and/or replacement of complex electronic equipment at board or component level (includes surface mount soldering/de-soldering).
Ability to build or assemble to specification; to read and understand schematics, logic charts, truth tables, flow charts, wiring diagrams.
Set up test equipment, organize work in an efficient manner, complete task in a timely manner, adapt to change in process, and work well in a team environment.
Skills: Detailed soldering, under microscope
