**How you will contribute**
As a Manager in the Digital Forensics & eDiscovery team, you will lead a high-performing team of forensic analysts, oversee complex investigations, ensure legal defensibility, and drive continuous improvement of forensic and eDiscovery processes. + Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and policy requirements related to digital evidence handling, retention, and reporting.
+ Implement quality-assurance processes to maintain accuracy, integrity, and defensibility of forensic examinations and eDiscovery activities.
+ Maintain and enforce chain-of-custody documentation and evidence-handling standards.
+ Review investigator reports and work products to ensure clarity, completeness, and audit readiness.
+ Serve as a liaison between the Digital Forensics team and Legal, HR, Cybersecurity, Compliance, IT, and Global Security.
+ Lead discussions on case scope, investigative needs, evidence requests, and risk assessments.
+ Drive innovation by researching, evaluating, and implementing new forensic tools, scripts, automation, and technologies.

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. * Serve as the subject matter expert on ad system mechanics, platform policy updates, and new features relevant to campaign operations.

* 3-5 years in ad operations, campaign trafficking, or paid media execution.
* Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and/or DSPs.
* Solid understanding of pacing, delivery, targeting, bids, placements, and conversion tracking.
* Experience reviewing creative against ad platform and legal/compliance standards.
* Process-driven, meticulous attention to detail, and able to execute flawlessly under tight deadlines.
* Strong communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.

* Experience in fintech, crypto, or other highly regulated industries.
* Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and tag/pixel management.
