Marketing Program Coordination and Customization: * Develop compelling content tailored to the unique needs of public sector customers to drive high engagement and consistent messaging to market. * Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to design and execute regional marketing programs. * -Oversee the execution of localized marketing efforts to ensure timely delivery and consistent messaging across all channels. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, partner, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives. * Serve as the voice of the segment to ensure alignment with broader company strategy and objectives. * Provide regular reporting on performance, insights, and forecasts to leadership. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. * 4+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing in public sector or related fields, with at least 1-2 years in a public sector leadership role. * Proven success in driving product growth, pipeline generation, and bookings in a regional or global market. * Strong understanding of sales processes, product marketing strategies, and go-to-market frameworks. * Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
