The Role
The VP of Global Field & Partner Marketing will lead all aspects of Ataccama's demand creation strategy and execution-owning how we attract, engage, and convert ICP buyers across direct and partner-led channels. You will oversee a global team spanning:

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

Is This You?
12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading global or multi-region demand generation functions at Senior Director/VP level.
Proven success driving pipeline growth and marketing influenced revenue in complex, enterprise SaaS environments, with experience in the data and/or AI space preferred but not required.
Deep expertise in building and operationalizing integrated demand generation models-ABM, digital, content-led, and field-based.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g., cloud hyperscalers, SIs, ISVs) and experience building successful to/through/with-partner programs.
Curiosity, creativity, and the desire to drive organizational and operational transformation with AI.
Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to glean and articulate business insights supported by data to a variety of internal and board stakeholders.
Comfort with CRM, MAP, and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Tableau) as well as a working knowledge of/passion for how Martech is being disrupted by AI/agentic technology.
Experience building, leading, and scaling high-impact teams, setting clear vision, operating cadence, and performance standards.
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on and lead through influence in a global environment.
Data management / data quality / AI industry experience preferred but not required.

Working with the Developed Fixed Income team, in partnership with Asset Allocation, the Developed Fixed Income Rates Strategist will generate and represent investment ideas in the bond markets. Responsibilities
Generate investment ideas and opinions in the bond markets - specifically focused on the government or risk‑free parts of the market throughout the developed space (US, UK, Japan and Europe).
Generate creative relative value trade ideas in the interest rate space that could be used in Developed Fixed Income or Asset Allocation portfolios.
Develop an investment thesis on duration and curve positioning for existing Developed Fixed Income portfolios, as well as any new portfolios.
Stay up to date on interest rate and currency markets, highlight noteworthy changes to the Fixed Income Quant team, as well as Asset Allocation.
Leverage a fundamental framework while considering quantitative inputs to develop fundamental views to complement and improve our existing interest rate models.
Research and propose duration positioning within all developed markets (both US and overseas) within Asset Allocation Fixed Income portfolios.
Understand the objectives, constraints and positioning for each of the Asset Allocation strategies.
Partner with Asset Allocation to determine duration and key rate targets.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred

Who You Are
We are seeking a full-stack product marketer-both strategic and hands-on-to drive go-to-market strategy, and high-impact content across the Tetra Scientific Data and AI Platform. You will shape compelling positioning, narratives, and content for Universal SDMS -which includes data replatforming, automation and engineering - advanced analytics, and AI-powered scientific use cases, engaging scientific, business, IT, and data leaders.
You thrive at the intersection of product marketing and content creation: equally comfortable building field enablement strategy and crafting high-quality white papers, blog posts, or designing ROI calculators that inspire action. You have a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable success for technical platforms, bring deep scientific understanding, and excel at translating complexity for diverse audiences.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will drive strategy and execution for awareness, pipeline growth, and thought leadership.
Product Marketing Responsibilities
Define and refine messaging and positioning for the Universal SDMS, analytics, and Scientific AI use cases.
Create and execute a wide range of engaging multi-format content, including:
White papers, blogs, solution briefs, and customer stories
SEO-optimized website copy and campaign assets
Webinars, video scripts, and demo content
Social media campaigns and digital ads
Track content performance and pipeline impact, ensuring assets are impactful and widely leveraged.
Lead and execute product launches, ensuring unified go-to-market strategy, and supporting content.
Partner with Sales, Product and Enablement to train the field and create tools such as pitch decks, ROI calculators, battlecards, and competitive intelligence.
Translate complex technical and scientific capabilities into accessible narratives for scientists, IT, data leaders, and executives.
Represent TetraScience at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic demo showcases.
What You Have Done
Degree in Life Sciences required.
5+ years of product marketing experience in life sciences, with familiarity spanning lab informatics, scientific applications, and AI/ML solutions.
