5. Data Analytics and Testing:

Qualifications & Experience
eCommerce & Marketing Experience: 10+ years of experience in eCommerce and DTC/B2C marketing
Conversion Optimization Expertise: Proven expertise in developing programs that increase website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of eCommerce and CRM operations and platforms (Magento, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics), UX/UI best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
Predictive Analytics Proficiency: Proven experience implementing and driving predictive analytics in consumer marketing, including customer segmentation, personalization, pricing/discount optimization, and shopping cart optimization.
