Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support JPS Health Network's strategic goals. This position involves working closely with the communications team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize tactics to achieve maximum impact. The Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with key stakeholders from around the network to maximize marketing efforts and brand recognition for groups such as the JPS Foundation, Acclaim Physician Group, and JPS Human Resources.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
* Assists in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising efforts.
* Analyzes market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
* Develops engaging content for various platforms, including social media channels, the JPS Newsroom, the JPS website, and marketing collateral.
* Manages and grows the network's social media presence across platforms.
* Creates, schedules, and engages with content to foster community and drive traffic.
* Monitors and analyzes campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
* Prepares regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
* Supports the planning and execution of network events helping to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
* Works closely with internal teams, including Acclaim Physician Group, the JPS Foundation, Academic Affairs, and Human Resources, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with network goals and brand messaging.
* Supports the Communications and Public Relations team in crisis situations, if needed.
