Identify new opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve ROI. Bring artificial intelligence into the day-to-day workflow to further improve team outcomes. Qualifications and Education: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio). Strong working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and APIs. Proven success managing end-to-end marketing automation strategy and execution. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong project management skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Jira to manage backlogs and organize work. Ability to communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
