Participate in Community Boost department ideation sessions, marketing plan preparation and presentations, contribute to recap reports and attend general project status meetings. Measure and report performance of contributions to digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Report results to the management team and identify opportunities to increase growth in metrics. Manage multiple projects for multiple clients on an on-going basis and be prepared to meet aggressive project deadlines. Qualifications Requirements: Local to San Diego, CA. This is not a remote position. BA/BS and/or minimum 1-2 years experience in communication, marketing, public relations or a related field. Passion for social entrepreneurship and the nonprofit space. Additional Information This is a paid position. 40 hours per week. Paid hourly, $14/hr plus performance bonuses.
