**What you will do:**
* Market for new patient conversions
* Be a Referral Machine with our patient base to gain new patients that they would recommend the clinic to
* Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
* Insurance verifications
* Create financial worksheets
* Deliver financial reviews with patients
* Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor's treatment plan
* Scan incoming insurance EOBs
* Weekly patient reporting

Collaborates with the development of cost and budget estimates for the project.

Directs, manages and participates in the production of the project deliverables. Performs or participates in some or all of the following:
Preliminary studies, plans and cost estimates
Definition of and oversight of design reviews
Designs and plan production
Conducting project status/review meetings
Specification and contract document development and production
Bidding and contract award and construction administration oversight
Monitors and maintains quality on all facets of the project deliverable
Provides input to the project manager and/or others regarding the monthly project accounting process, including review of time and expense charges to projects.

What you will do:
· Review and maintain written and computer files
· Assist in product ordering and inventory management
· Research and collect information for use within the marketing department
· Help to implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
· Office assistance with filing, corporate communications
· Assist with data entry
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
Work Location: In person
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
