Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, required. · At least 2 years of experience producing engaging content that drives results and ROI. · Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation. · Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and authentic influencer campaigns. · Excellent negotiation with relationship and time management skills. · Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. · Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with influencers, agencies, and internal teams. · Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships. · Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse market. · Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and performance-driven influencer campaigns.
