Role Overview

Monitor, analyze and report on marketing metrics (lead volume, cost per lead, pipeline conversion, ROI of events) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current on industry marketing trends, offline/experiential marketing best practices, competitive landscape and new event opportunities.
Provide leadership and mentoring as the team grows (0-1 direct report for now), gradually building out capabilities for lead generation and event marketing.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Marketing
Implement best-in-class product marketing for equipment related products across
shoes, saddles, wheels, tires and more.
Own end to end product marketing campaigns from ideation and briefing to asset
creation, messaging, and go-live logistics.
Define the right introduction strategy for new product introductions (NPIs),
including sustain plans, in collaboration with the Global Equipment Program
Manager.
Create marketing campaigns to support the sell-through of slow-moving products.
Brand Strategy & Market Analysis

Position Overview
We are looking for a bilingual (English & Chinese) Marketing Specialist who is passionate about building from 0-1 and excited about joining a high-growth, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for digital advertising execution, content creation, creative asset production, and social media operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
Produce creative marketing materials, including graphics, copywriting, landing pages, and short-form content.
Lead and execute Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing operations, including content planning, posting, and influencer coordination.
Analyze ad performance data to improve ROI and overall marketing efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, enrollment) to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
Assist with local event promotion and community marketing when needed.
Contribute ideas and solutions in a high-growth environment; comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration.
Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Bilingual in English and Chinese (required).
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or content marketing prefered.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
Strong content creation skills: social posts, visuals, ad copy, and campaign messaging.
Experience with Xiaohongshu marketing or familiarity with Chinese social platforms.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a startup 0-1 environment.
