About the Role
We're looking for an Email MarketingSpecialist to help us move faster and execute high-quality, cohort-based email campaigns. This role is execution focused. You will be responsible for turning clear direction into polished, send-ready emails quickly and reliably. You'll work closely with leadership and internal teams to execute emails based on defined strategies, cohorts, and priorities. This is not a lifecycle ownership role. Success in this position comes from speed, attention to detail, and consistently shipping emails that look great and drive results. You will collaborate with our design team on email visuals and layouts, while owning the final assembly, QA, and deployment of each email. If you enjoy building clean, effective emails, working from clear briefs, and shipping quickly without needing to own strategy, this role is a great fit.
This is an in-office role based in our Miami headquarters three days a week. We're looking for someone excited to contribute in person, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help strengthen the on-site (engineering) culture as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
Turn Slack messages, Looms, or bullet-point briefs into send-ready email campaigns
Build and deploy cohort-based email sends based on defined segmentation and priorities
Execute promotional emails involving bonuses, prizes, percentages, and time-based offers without causing confusion
Write clean, effective email copy that matches brand voice and intent
Assemble email layouts using provided design assets and templates
Collaborate with internal designers to ensure emails are visually polished and on-brand
Own end-to-end QA before deployment, including
Copy accuracy
Links and CTAs
Cohort selection
Desktop and mobile rendering
Schedule and send emails quickly once briefed
Execute email campaigns tied to product updates, promotions, and ongoing initiatives as prioritized
Maintain organization and consistency across all email sends
Monitor basic performance metrics and flag issues or anomalies after sends (edited)
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns
Proven ability to build and send segmented, cohort-based emails
Strong copywriting skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and tone
Experience executing promotional emails involving bonuses, prizes, percentages, and time-based offers
Strong eye for layout and visual hierarchy in email
Experience assembling emails using templates and design assets
Comfortable collaborating with designers while owning final execution
Ability to QA emails end-to-end before sending
Ability to move quickly and ship emails the same day when briefed
Experience working inside an ESP or CRM tool (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, similar)
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work hybrid from our Miami, FL office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online casinos, gaming, sports betting, or similarly promotion-heavy industries
Familiarity with common email performance metrics

Benefits
The salary range for this position is 55,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
