Position Summary:

Evaluate current media strategy across paid social, display, affiliate (coupon, loyalty and content) and SEO; build a vision and strategy to drive qualified traffic with the goal of increasing high-value customer acquisition and maximizing retention revenue; and lead search for brand media agency from RFP through agency selection.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Deliver a vision and full-funnel media strategy to meet company goals (including but not limited to customer, financial, and brand values)

+ Bring industry/competitor insights to inform "best in class" recommendations

+ Collaborate with brand communication team to define messaging strategies across media channels

+ Collaborate with digital team to optimize UX and bring traffic attributed to paid media through funnel to conversion

+ Develop a recommendation for media, creative, and UX testing strategy to drive key learnings and optimization

+ Socialize campaign KPIs and analysis, synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

+ Establish investment best practices, spend trends and benchmarking

PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.

Education:

+ College degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or relevant experience

Required SkillsRequired Experience

+ 5+ years of experience in a media planning role with experience in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

+ Strong understanding of digital media and the digital landscape

+ Advanced analytics capability and strong knowledge of third-party tracking/reporting systems (i.e. DCM, GTM, FB ad manager, Google Analytics...etc.).

+ Diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly motivated professional

+ Strong written and verbal skills; comprehensive strategy presentations

+ Self-starter and quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes.

+ Technical expertise and understanding of Mar-Tech ecosystem.

+ RFP experience is preferred.

+ Media/Advertising Agency experience is a PLUS; Retail brand experience is preferred
