Job Summary:
The Social Media & Digital Producer will be responsible for producing 5-8 short form digital shoots with top level talent a week in the iHM production studio, on location, and virtually. This includes overseeing the pre-production, curating creative concepts parallel with social editorial teams to pitch to artist relations team. Overseeing logistical production, assigning tasks to Production Coordinator and ensuring the crew, host, and talent is fully prepped on creative to affectively see an original idea executed on set. Overseeing post-production, including some post supervisor responsibilities of media managing and acquiring the proper graphics, external photos, external video to be used as assets to be given to video editors. Work with the Snapchat Producer to streamline and coordinate all edit assignments for video editors including final approvals on YouTube video edits. In addition, social media copywriting skills required, including headlines, captions, and photo gallery copy. Understanding content consumption on all/most social platforms is necessary.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and assignments, and have extremely good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Maintain a good attitude and always be a team player, and able to give direction to team of Video Shooter/Editors and Production Coordinator.
- Must be willing to travel. Must be able to occasionally work late nights overseeing YouTube Live Streams of Theater Shows.
- Adobe Premiere basic editing skills, Photoshop basic photo editing skills, and basic knowledge of graphics is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in multi-cam live streaming and understanding of the YouTube CMS for creating, scheduling, and producing a plus.
- Knowledge and abilities to use Tricaster as a Technical Director a plus, even if beginner level.
- Content/editing experience preferred
- 2+ years' industry experience
- College degree preferred
