We are currently looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our growing team. The Technical Recruiter's primary goal is to efficiently fill the qualified job orders from our Account Executive team resulting in multiple placements each month with existing and new clients. In this role, you will:
Efficiently identify, pursue, clear, and present great candidates for open job orders utilizing our proprietary candidate database and industry tools and services.
Focus on developing rapport and building relationships with strategic candidates.
Become a true staffing partner by bringing great job opportunities, interviewing tips, resume guidance and industry insights to select candidates.
Work as a partner with our Account Executive team assist in Job Order qualification/creation which include participating in client calls, interviews, and overall sales strategy meetings.
Ensure candidate satisfaction through ongoing communication/feedback through the recruitment process and deliver an overall exceptional engagement experience working with DP.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of current staffing agency recruiting experience in a commission-based environment.
Prior experience staffing Information Technology positions.
You are personable, optimistic, and fearless of engaging with new people.
