The EHS Technician plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting safety culture, and reducing risk through daily oversight, inspections, training, and incident response. Education and Training * Associate's Degree or certification in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related filed (Bachelor's degree a plus). Experience: * 1-3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing, welding or fabrication environments. Other: * Must be willing to work overtime as required. * Minimal travel may be required Preferred Qualification: * OSHA 10 or 30 certification. * First Aid/CPR certification. * Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations. * Familiarity with safety equipment, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry & Hot work Permits. Physical and Mental Demands The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
