Job Description We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Strategic Pricing to lead the evolution of our pricing strategy and operations for one of Experian's largest Business Units. This business creates financial opportunities for clients and consumers through data-powered platforms and advanced analytics. Delivering innovative, scalable solutions for the financial services industry, including banks, credit unions, fintech and beyond. Reporting into a Senior Vice President, this executive will be responsible for aligning pricing strategy and practices with our growth objectives, enhancing collaboration with Sales, and reimagining how pricing can deliver greater commercial impact. This is a high-visibility role that will shape how we approach strategic client renewals, solution bundling, and value-based pricing across all of our North America business lines, a $5B in revenue portfolio. As a leader within Strategic Pricing, you will support the team's deal work across sales, marketing, operations, operations, contracts, finance, technology, and clients to increase speed of sale, build more efficiencies and eliminate friction throughout the pricing process. What you'll be doing: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy that supports revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation. Team Development: Lead a team of five high-achieving pricing professionals, foster a culture of development, continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Sales Partnership: Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with go-to-market plans and client needs. Client Renewals & Bundling: Create best practices for strategic renewals and bundling solutions that maximize client lifetime value and retention. Pricing Operations: Optimize pricing tools, governance, and analytics to ensure consistency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain agility. Executive Influence: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on pricing-related matters, including deal structuring, discounting frameworks, and monetization strategies. Collaboration: Represent North America within the Global Community of Practice for Strategic Pricing helping create best pricing practices across regions and collaborate on global pricing opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years proven leadership experience in Pricing, ideally within a high-growth tech, SaaS, or data platform company Proven success supporting a diverse portfolio of scaled, product offerings. Track record of building and leading pricing teams that drive measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, value-based pricing, and commercial strategy. Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience leveraging pricing analytics and tools. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management skills and commercial negotiation experience Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing Bachelor's degree. MBA, or relevant master's degree preferred.
