Determines appropriate technique, positioning and shielding in order to minimize radiation exposure and maintain ALARA guidelines where applicable. Observes patient for distress or difficulty and reports such incidents to appropriate staff. Assists in the development of others through guidance and teaching. Promotes professional practice of all members of the radiological services team.
