The Talent, Learning, and Capabilities Delivery Consultant will play a critical role in supporting and delivering talent development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and learning initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.
Reporting to the System Director of Talent, Learning, and Capabilities Delivery Consulting, this role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to regional and market leaders. The consultant will design, implement, and evaluate programs that foster leadership growth, enhance team effectiveness, and build organizational capabilities.
This role may focus primarily on the Physician Enterprise and will also support broader organizational initiatives as needed.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Consultation and Program Delivery:
Act as a consultative partner to regional and market HR Operations and business leaders, providing expertise in talent development, learning strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
Deliver and adapt leadership development programs, learning initiatives, and change management strategies to meet the unique needs of the region and markets served.
Support the implementation of organization-wide programs, ensuring alignment with local priorities and business objectives within the Physician Enterprise. Healthcare and/or clinical experience preferred.
Organizational Effectiveness:
Assess organizational health and effectiveness, leveraging evidence-based tools and methodologies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Design and facilitate team effectiveness sessions, leadership workshops, and interventions to address performance challenges and elevate talent capabilities.
Provide guidance on and facilitate the implementation of performance management, succession planning, and other key talent processes to drive sustained business impact.
Learning and Development Initiatives:
Customize and deliver learning solutions, including workshops, virtual learning experiences, and blended learning approaches, to meet client needs.
Partner with the System Director, TLC Delivery Consulting to measure the impact of learning and development initiatives, using data to refine and enhance program effectiveness for local client groups.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design innovative, scalable learning solutions.
Change Management:
Leverage our enterprise change management framework and associated tools to lead local change initiatives
Design and implement change management plans that promote adoption and alignment with enterprise organizational goals.
Serve as a champion for cultural transformation, fostering alignment with company values and business objectives.
Collaboration and Partnership:
Partner with colleagues across Talent, Learning, and Capabilities (TLC), the People Team (HR), and other business units to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment on talent and organization development priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in OD, change management, or learning design are a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or learning and development roles. Proven ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
Regional/Matrix Experience: Familiarity with working in regional or matrixed organizational structures is highly desirable. Healthcare and/or clinical experience preferred.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
Facilitation Skills: Expertise in facilitating leadership workshops, team-building sessions, and learning programs for diverse audiences.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present recommendations to leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for scheduling across the campus for physicians, medical facilities, and specialized medical practices by coordinating all aspects of scheduling including, but not limited to, appointments for physicians across the campus, surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, pain management, and other specialized tests and treatment as directed by physicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience at each point of service. Using a broad understanding of customer engagement strategies, clinical procedures, and company facilities, this position provides accurate and timely information to create an integrated, multidisciplinary schedule and an experience that is easy, empathetic, and differentiated in the oncology marketplace.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Schedules medical appointments through coordination of patients, providers, facility resources, ancillary staff, records, referrals, authorizations, and payers. Receives and initiates calls to/from patients, providers, provider offices and facilities, while following all established scheduling procedures and protocols to ensure patients receive the care they need, when and where they need it.
2. Receives physician's orders and effectively schedules and reschedules appointments, tests, and/or procedures leveraging various electronic medical record/scheduling software systems according to protocols established by clinical staff and scheduling standards. Identifies alternative scheduled solutions in the event the patient's preference is not available, while adhering to procedures and protocols and ensuring patient safety.
3. Provides patients with information, pre and post-test instruction, provides location of appointment and directions. The position answers questions as necessary within guidelines and protocols. Refers questions to clinical staff as appropriate.
4. Effectively communicates and builds impactful relationships through written, digital, and verbal channels with patients, facilities, providers, and clinical colleagues to ensure an easy, empathetic, solution-oriented patient experience, included but not limited to, phone, chat, email, electronic medical record messaging, and other digital channels. Anticipates patient and provider needs and responds accordingly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
The position requires skills normally gained with two years of scheduling experience in a physician's office or hospital. Medical terminology may be required for some assignments. Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Must be proficient with commonly used office software and have the ability to use software typically used for medical practice management and scheduling.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding is strongly preferred. Sound working knowledge of various types of insurance plans and/or worker's compensation preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish may be preferred for some assignments.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides assessment, treatment, and education to cardiac and pulmonary patients and their families in an outpatient cardiac, pulmonary rehabilitation or inpatient setting. Writes exercise prescriptions to progress patients through phase two and three outpatient rehabilitation _._
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Evaluates patient's functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate intervention. Develops a plan of care and exercise goals, as ordered by physician or other referral source. Works alongside and receives guidance from other more experienced team members when working in phase I and II cardiac or pulmonary rehabilitation. May oversee phase III outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehab independently.
2. Implements individualized exercise plans based on patients' physical and age-specific needs and abilities. Ensures that treatment plans are supported by standard practices and/or current literature. Reevaluates treatment plans, as needed, to ensure safety and maximum patient benefit.
3. Educates patients, family, and other care providers post cardiac to promote patient participation and attainment of exercise program goals. Provides individualized home programs with clear instructions. Instructs patients and families in pathology, discharge guidelines, risk factor modification, and exercise individually and through classes for both cardiac and pulmonary patients.
4. Under general supervision, documents patient treatment according to professional and regulatory standards.
5. Follows plan of care to accomplish functions within established procedures and scope of practice. Confers with lead or supervisor on any unusual situations.
6. Utilizes basic understanding of medical devices, equipment function and quality control measurements. Adheres to safety policies. Demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot and notifies appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance. Maintains a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
7. Complies with all ethical, legal and professional responsibilities. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a level of clinical knowledge as normally obtained through Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
Minimum experience of a 300 + hour internship in cardiac rehabilitation or equivalent clinical/patient hours.
Requires knowledge in cardiac/pulmonary physiology, management and treatment of chronic disease, health promotion, ECG interpretation.
Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and human relation skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
600+ hour internship in outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation
