Elizabeth (Betty) Temple joined the ScanSource Board of Directors in 2017. Ms. Temple has served as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP since 2016 and has been a practicing corporate and securities attorney at the firm since 1989. She has previously served in a number of leadership roles at the firm over the past decade and has been a partner since 1997. Ms. Temple has counseled public and private companies on their highest strategic priorities throughout her legal career, giving her an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in ScanSource’s industry and the industries of many of the Company’s vendors and customers. Ms. Temple also serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee of the ScanSource Board of Directors.
