Job Description:
Portfolio Management is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Dimensional's ETFs and implements our investment philosophy across all our investment solutions. Portfolio Management interacts and collaborates closely with several departments including Trading, Research, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and the Global Client Group to ensure a superior investment experience for our clients.
The Portfolio Management team ensures that Dimensional's ETFs deliver consistent and efficient exposure to the dimensions of higher expected returns, as identified by the greatest minds in modern financial economics. Our portfolio managers achieve this exposure by implementing a daily and systematic portfolio management process. In addition to overseeing and enhancing this process, portfolio managers also interact with current and prospective clients.
As an Associate ETF Portfolio Manager, you will cover all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios, and will also be responsible for discussing our investment thesis and portfolios to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios. This will include tasks such as issuing buy and sell instructions in global markets, making ETF Create and Redeem baskets, trading foreign currency, electing on corporate actions, and evaluating the eligibility of securities.
Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure following the process-driven approach of the firm, identifying buy and sell candidates in a systematic manner and partnering with trading teams globally to implement those decisions.
Partner with Capital Markets to enhance ETF market quality and efficiently manage flows.
Provide verbal and written explanations of Dimensional ETFs, performance, process, and other investment related issues internally and to both existing and prospective clients.
Challenge current thinking and search out new opportunities to continually evolve Dimensional's investment offerings.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Consultant and Client Services teams to effectively respond to clients' investment needs.
Project work focused on making the investment process as efficient as possible.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in MBA program with an anticipated graduation between December 2025 - June 2026
Strong philosophical alignment with Dimensional's investment strategy
Background in finance and financial theory
Experience in financial markets via asset management, broker-dealers, or financial institutions
Understanding of competitive landscape in equity ETFs and mutual funds
Experience in ETF industry a plus
Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytic skills
Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Description:
The Research department at Dimensional is integral both in the successful day-to-day functioning of the firm and in developing Dimensional's long-term strategy. The team produces high-quality, thought-leadership research on investments and financial markets that is of interest to clients. Our team is seeking PhD students from top tier academic programs to intern in the summer of 2026. Responsibilities

Dimensional's Legal division is an in-house team of client-focused attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants who partner with internal and external teams to help provide legal expertise across business functions, legal systems, and jurisdictions.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience in either private practice with an upper tier law firm in corporate and securities law or funds and investment management, or in-house experience with an investment manager or financial services business with exposure to Australian funds/investment management issues
At least 7 years of practice
Strong academic achievement at a top law school
Australian qualified lawyer or member of a US state bar
Ability to provide advice which is both technically correct and commercial
Ability to work with global legal colleagues across different jurisdictions and time zones. If located in Austin, work hours would be slightly shifted to allow for collaboration with Australian legal and business teams during Australian business hours

Dimensional's Investment Engineering department is responsible for ownership of investment data, which means managing data from acquisition through distribution, driving analysis to create information from data, and creating the information and analysis consumed by internal and external reports. Dimensional's Compliance and Risk Department is responsible for navigating risk and managing regulatory environments around the globe, including helping the firm conduct business and tell its story while remaining compliant with industry laws and standards. We help oversee the process to identify, assess, and implement controls for key risks before they materialize. The Senior Risk Officer is responsible for collaborating with Risk Management and Compliance leadership and acts as a key contributor to effectively implement, maintain and administer certain aspects of Dimensional's enterprise risk framework. Qualifications:

Job Description:
The Regional Director of the Client Acquisition Team (C.A.T.), is responsible for business development of new clients, primarily focusing on industry events, both national and regional. They will also help with sales related activities as well as organize efforts of proactive outreach based on future Dimensional conferences and webcasts.
