Job Description:
Portfolio Management is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Dimensional's ETFs and implements our investment philosophy across all our investment solutions. Portfolio Management interacts and collaborates closely with several departments including Trading, Research, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and the Global Client Group to ensure a superior investment experience for our clients.
The Portfolio Management team ensures that Dimensional's ETFs deliver consistent and efficient exposure to the dimensions of higher expected returns, as identified by the greatest minds in modern financial economics. Our portfolio managers achieve this exposure by implementing a daily and systematic portfolio management process. In addition to overseeing and enhancing this process, portfolio managers also interact with current and prospective clients.
As an Associate ETF Portfolio Manager, you will cover all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios, and will also be responsible for discussing our investment thesis and portfolios to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios. This will include tasks such as issuing buy and sell instructions in global markets, making ETF Create and Redeem baskets, trading foreign currency, electing on corporate actions, and evaluating the eligibility of securities.
Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure following the process-driven approach of the firm, identifying buy and sell candidates in a systematic manner and partnering with trading teams globally to implement those decisions.
Partner with Capital Markets to enhance ETF market quality and efficiently manage flows.
Provide verbal and written explanations of Dimensional ETFs, performance, process, and other investment related issues internally and to both existing and prospective clients.
Challenge current thinking and search out new opportunities to continually evolve Dimensional's investment offerings.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Consultant and Client Services teams to effectively respond to clients' investment needs.
Project work focused on making the investment process as efficient as possible.
Requirements

Job Description:
Dimensional's global investment stewardship activities are managed by the Investment Stewardship group, which sits within Dimensional's Portfolio Management department. The group implements proxy voting policies, engages with portfolio companies, researches governance issues and industry trends, and communicates Dimensional's approach to investment stewardship to internal and external audiences. This team work closely with a number of stakeholders including portfolio managers, Legal, Compliance, Investment Analytics and Data, Investment Solutions, marketing, and the Global Client Group, to ensure best practice is maintained and our clients' objectives are met.
As an Associate, responsibilities include monitoring and assisting with the operational workflows involved in proxy voting. Responsibilities involve oversight of the corporate governance practices of Dimensional's portfolio companies, which includes proxy voting at shareholder meetings and engaging with company boards, management, activist investors, or other stakeholders as necessary. The Associate, Investment Stewardship is based in our Charlotte office and reports to the Manager, Investment Stewardship.
Responsibilities:
Identify meaningful portfolio company engagement opportunities, participate in engagements, and track outcomes.
Assist with preparation of responses to internal and external requests relating to investment stewardship policies and procedures, including RFPs, and questions from consultants and clients.
Monitor proxy votes to ensure votes are being cast in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify and research key corporate governance issues and trends within the industry.
Prepare reports and materials for key internal stakeholders, such as the Investment Stewardship Committee.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is required.
2-5 years of mutual fund or investment industry experience

The Global Client Group (GCG) is Dimensional's distribution arm, comprising sales channels that target a diverse client set. Dimensional's Compliance department is charged with the development and oversight of the firm's compliance internal controls, policies, and procedures. Job Description:
Portfolio Management is responsible for the daily oversight and management of Dimensional's ETFs and implements our investment philosophy across all our investment solutions. Portfolio Management interacts and collaborates closely with several departments including Trading, Research, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and the Global Client Group to ensure a superior investment experience for our clients.

As an Associate ETF Portfolio Manager, you will cover all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios, and will also be responsible for discussing our investment thesis and portfolios to a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all aspects of managing ETFs and other types of portfolios. This will include tasks such as issuing buy and sell instructions in global markets, making ETF Create and Redeem baskets, trading foreign currency, electing on corporate actions, and evaluating the eligibility of securities.
* Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structure following the process-driven approach of the firm, identifying buy and sell candidates in a systematic manner and partnering with trading teams globally to implement those decisions.
