Responsibilities * Independently Completes VDC Coordination and Reality Capture processes with little supervision * Supports the implementation of Baseline and Enterprise VDC standards * Understands and applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) Standards and Specifications (BS&S) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on projects * Responsible for the quality and execution of day-to-day VDC project deliverables and processes; relays project issues and staffing and equipment challenges to the VDC Manager as needed * May assist in drafting project coordination schedule and reviewing with the VDC Manager * Coaches and mentors less experienced team members in other regions/Business Units (BUs) * Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentation * Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges * Utilize Reality Capture technology, such as laser scanning and drones, to support project deliverables * Combines all building discipline models into the coordination model * Reviews the coordination model for constructability issues utilizing the software's clash detection capabilities * Assigns responsible party(s) for issue resolution; verifies and documents with meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and updated models * Displays areas of subject matter expertise * Gains exposure to various project delivery methods and market sectors, and how to apply VDC * Participates in BU office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetings * Responsible for 2-4 project VDC deliverables under little supervision * Supports a positive and inclusive work environment * Collaborates closely with business development to ensure seamless integration with sales strategies including performance metrics on your assigned projects, pursuits, and client deliverables.
