Essential Functions:

Ø Opening & processing all mail for the company

Ø Preparing all physician money deposits for bank deposit

Ø Preparing all Insurance EOB’S and payments for daily deposit

Ø Preparing all billing department mail for postage

Ø Scanning of all billing department documents

Ø Processing all credit card transactions for Insurance Companies

Accountable for the documentation and packaging of pathology specimens Essential Key Responsibilities: Ensures that patient requisitions are complete, including all necessary billing information, prior to packaging with specimen.Responsible for distributing information to other SR coordinators,Responsible for maintaining all log books and files Responsible for identifying errors and reviewing errors with other SR coordinators, notifying the department of changes in protocol, end recipient procedures and LIS changes. Responsible of training all new SR personnel.
