At Sunrise, our Dining Room Care Manager is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Serving as a role model in providing dining service to our residence
- Assisting with training team members
- Maintaining proper dining room set up
- Assisting in special events
- Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness, readiness, standards
- Assisting in table top inventories maintenance
- Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Qualifications:

- High School diploma preferred / GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

What you will do:

* Greet all guests and provide a summary of the winery, provide direction appropriately
* Provide customer assistance, ring purchases for wine, merchandise, memberships, and tasting fees
* Provide accurate information about the company/winery to guests, encouraging guests to join our wine club and mailing list

What you will bring:

* Customer service experience, hospitality/retail/restaurant preferred
* Strong communication skills, customer service skills and ability to sale
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and able to multi-task
* Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* MAST Class 12 and Food Handlers Permits required
* Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

The Board Room host is the first impression for our most important Marketing Partnership VIP's and executives. This person will welcome each guest to the space and set the tone for their experience at MSG. This individual is relied upon for their ability to assist Marketing Partnerships in creating and developing relationships with our most important contacts. This individual would have excellent communication skills and take a great deal of pride in their role knowing they serve as an extension of the marketing Partnerships department.
