The Human Resources Director - U.S. serves as the HR leader supporting Diodes Incorporated's U.S. operations. You will design and execute processes that enhance business performance and encourage team members' engagement. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all our HR policies and practices are compliant across the U.S. operations.
