I. Completes requisite documentation in a complete and timely manner. • Ensures that all treatment plan components are followed, including (but not limited to) behavior plans, goal plans, speech and physical therapy plans, etc; ensures complete and timely documentation. • Is cognizant of all behavior plans and follows them accordingly; utilizes SCIP-R interventions in accordance with the individual treatment plan, OPWDD regulations, and agency procedures; completes requisite documentation. • Is cognizant of all dietary regimens and ensures that they are followed accordingly. Involves individuals in menu planning, meal preparations, and food-related responsibilities in accordance with the individual's abilities; utilizes adaptive equipment appropriately. • Administer medication in accordance with the individual medication regimen and document in a complete and timely manner in compliance with OPWDD regulation and agency procedures. • Promotes independence, individualism, and productivity/accomplishment. • Ensures that the individuals participate in leisure-time and recreational activities in accordance with the recreation plan; promotes community integration through engaging in meaningful activities within the community; completes requisite documentation in a timely and complete manner. • Provides supervision and ensures privacy for all individuals, including ensuring that they use robes/slippers when showering, that doors are closed when changing or toileting, etc. • Provides close supervision for individuals in accordance with the individual treatment plan. Completes transfer form when transferring individual's care to another staff. • Participates in person supported program planning meetings; reviews and signs off on Annual and Semi-Annual Treatment Plans. • Maintains individuals' possessions in a neat and orderly manner; communicates needs for the individuals to the management; completes documentation in accordance with program procedures. • Transports individuals in a safe and comfortable manner; follows all NYS laws and agency procedures; maintains a valid NYS Driver's License; completes all documentation, including vehicle logs, in a timely and complete manner; communicates vehicle condition to management; ensures that the individuals have the optimum experience by not having the radio too loud, maintaining the temperature at a comfortable level, etc. • Maintains the physical plant and agency property cleanly and safely; communicates any issues to management. • Provide all other duties as needed or requested to ensure the people supported are safe, healthy, and comfortable. • Comply with OPWDD regulations and agency procedures • Obtains and maintains SCIP-R certification; attends all mandatory training. • Obtains and maintains AMAP certification and submits a copy of the certification to each program in which he/she administers medication. • Attend all staff meetings including in-services and trainings. • Demonstrates competency in all required training areas • Perform additional duties assigned by the program management or designee. The person filling this position is expected, under close supervision, to: (1) Assist clients in the development of daily independent living skills through both individual and group Activities of Daily Living (ADL) sessions, including laundry, meal preparation and clean up, personal hygiene, shopping, and maintaining a schedule of activities; (2) maintain inventory of food and dry goods; and (3) provide clients with an orientation of the facility, services and personal care items, upon arrival; including the following: What The Residential Aide Does: Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality. Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures. Comply with all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy polices intended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information. Update and inform clients of program changes (i.e., food services changes, laundry assignments, etc.) through individual and group meetings. Assist with client bed-check every evening. Responsibilities: * Contribute as an integral member of the team to invest in private debt financings across the capital structure, with an emphasis on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans. * Assist in quarterbacking the investment process from start to finish, working closely with Team Leaders and Credit Research to conduct company and industry research, develop investment recommendations, and to manage loan positions post-closing of the initial investment * Contribute to the preparation of the investment committee memorandums (complete with financial projections) and support Team Leaders in the presentation of the team's investment recommendations to internal investment committees * Support Team Leaders in the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of economic and legal terms at both the term sheet stage and during final documentation * Actively monitor the performance of existing investments and maintain relationships post-close with key investment participants, including the Borrower / Sponsor and Agent; provide detailed updates to team members during scheduled portfolio reviews and as needed on an ad-hoc basis * Collaborate cross-functionally with additional LMI teams including Legal, Finance, Accounting and Risk Management to execute transactions and manage the portfolio * Engage externally with other market participants (e.g. other direct lenders and buyside investors, bankers, advisers, and third-party consultants) as part of the overall investment process * Support relationship coverage with private equity firms across the lower, middle, and large market, as well as other deal sources to help meet the team's origination targets * Take an active role in the training, development, and coaching of Analysts within the team Qualifications * 5+ years of investing experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in the direct lending / private credit space * Previous experience in underwriting and monitoring credit investments * Proven ability to interact with, assess, and build relationships internally as well as externally, with Borrowers, Sponsors and other deal sources * Previous experience with credit agreement documentation and or other relevant legal documentation * Ability to identify company, industry, and market risks and opportunities, and to evaluate risk mitigation strategies * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to clearly articulate relevant key learnings and insights derived during the due diligence process * Self-starter with a willingness to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities depending on the needs of the business * Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience * Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments * Demonstrates strong AI literacy and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and insight generation while maintaining sound judgment and compliance with governance standards About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location.
