Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field OR Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years supervisory experience in a related field (Human Services, Direct Support Professional, etc.). * At least two (2) years of related work experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Background in a supervisory or leadership position. * Experience with student advisement. * Prior work experience as a direct support professional. * Teaching experience at the college level. * Experience with assessment of student learning.
