Job Description Johnson County Developmental Supports (JCDS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of on-call Direct Support Professional for their residential services division. JCDS serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. KNI has 19 homes with direct support staff assisting with daily living activities in each home throughout four buildings and is located on a large campus, east of the VA hospital in Topeka. About the Position: Provide direct service and support to the people who live in Unit 1 at KNI so they can achieve personal growth and well-being, realize choice, attain full inclusion, and celebrate their individuality.
