Exhibit proper speaking and phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively, politely, graciously, and professionally with both guests and colleagues as it aligns to luxury service standards. Willingness to be trained in and execute First Aid, CPR, AED, and EAP response. Maintain and organize watersports equipment, including paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and other safety gear. Daily set up and break down of activities, beach furniture arrangements, rental operations, cabana set-ups, and other recreational equipment Oversee and assist participants in water activities, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and follow safety protocols. Provide instruction and guidance to beginners or those in need of assistance with paddleboarding, kayaking, and other activities. Assist fitness center users with equipment set up and general use while you ensure a safe and clean workout environment. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area, fitness centers, and other recreational facilities. Manage inventory of rental equipment, keeping track of usage, and coordinating rentals and returns.
