Complete daily documentation, filing and report incidents promptly and accurately. Communicate with doctors, families, guardians, etc. of the residents with appropriate releases on file. Coordinate resident doctor appointments and arrange transportation. Assists residents to open mail and bring any items needing attention to the supervisor. Stock sodas and supplies. Assist resident in accessing belongings that are locked up. Complete regular supply order. Light cleaning of medication room. Maintain confidentiality of all resident information. Check company email once per shift, responding timely, appropriately and professionally, to communicate internally and externally. Find coverage amongst other Resident Care Attendants when calling out or scheduling time off in advance. Interact professionally with residents, co-workers and vendors. Must be able to deal with difficult people with tact and professionalism. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
