Visit us at ****************** Job Summary The Partner Care Specialist II (PCS II) plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless partner experience from order entry through fulfillment. As a senior member of the Partner Care Services (PCS) team, this role serves as both a subject-matter expert and territory point-person, bridging the gap between Sales, Credit, Planning, and Logistics to accelerate revenue capture and elevate customer satisfaction. The PCS II manages high-value and complex partner accounts, mentors PCS I team members, and drives continuous improvement across systems and processes. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Territory Leadership and Customer Success Provide regular backlog updates, open-order visibility, and quote-to-order conversion data. Serve as primary for a key region, a territory, key cusutomer, and/or enterprise-level partners. Sales single point-of-contact and first escalation point from PCS I. Manage complex inquiries, escalations, and RMAs that require cross-functional coordination. Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation to Sales. Set customers expectations, always and often. Align order processing priorities with regional revenue plans. Assist Sales in tracking and updating quotes within Salesforce/CPQ. Provide documentation support (invoices, acknowledgements, credit requests). Collect Voice-of-Customer (VOC) feedback and share recurring themes with the team. Work directly with partners/customers on meeting Purchase Order requirements or other compliancies and documentation. Effectively identify products and services by item number/name, pricing, availability, replacement suggestions,sub-parts (service parts), as well request for tracking numbers, invoices, credits, RMAs, etc. Participate in regional QBRs for key accounts. Coordinate with Sales team on agenda, content and support requirement Order Management and Backlog Management Enter orders in Oracle ERP with ≥ 98 % accuracy, verifying pricing, part numbers, and terms. Follow established SOPs for order exceptions, credits, and returns. Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics to resolve hold issues or missing information. Monitor backlog daily and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers. Mentorship and Process Improvement Support onboarding and skill development of PCS I team members. Author and update SOPs, job aids, and process documentation. Lead or participate in cross-functional pilot projects (automation, backlog optimization, quote accuracy). Provide peer coaching and serve as a point of escalation for PCS I reps. Minimum Skills and Experience B.A. or B.S. degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience in Customer Service. Minimum 4 years of customer service and order processing experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent). Exposure to sales operations or manufacturing/distribution environments preferred. Leadership skills and emotional intelligence required Proven track record managing strategic or enterprise accounts and resolving complex customer issues. MinuteClinic?s student clinical program offers the most unique experience available, because you are doing more than just enhancing your clinical skills: Practical education including clinic operations, public relations, marketing, insurance procedures, and use of evidence based guidelines. Students will gain exposure in an ambulatory care setting and develop an understanding of how these clinics fit into the current structure of health care delivery. You?ll develop an understanding of how our corporate office relates to and supports our clinical practice. Most MinuteClinic locations are open 7 days a week and our providers? schedules are compressed, so clinical days can vary from week-to-week. Clinic locations may also vary depending on schedule of your assigned preceptor. Essential FunctionsJob Functions Assist residents with daily bath and/or shower which may occasionally require the ability to enter a shower space with the resident. Assistance will also include dressing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, preparation for activities within the community, reminders of medical appointments, and basic room care. Provide functions as directed by supervisor including daily and ongoing records including vital signs, weight and measure residents, and observe and report presence of skin breakdowns; review care plans daily; report changes in resident conditions to supervisor; and, record all necessary charting entries and report all accidents and incidents. Prepare residents for meals and snacks and perform after-meal resident care. Maintain resident confidentiality; treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect; know and comply with Residents' Rights rules; and promptly report all resident complaints, accidents and incidents to supervisor. Assist as directed in proper admission, transfer and discharge of residents, inventory resident possessions and report defective equipment to administration. Provide table service to residents during applicable meal periods. Provide daily light housekeeping services, such as emptying trash, dusting, bed making, and other items as required in the resident apartments Understand and use Standards Precautions and follow established infections control, hazardous communication and other safety rules; ensure cleanliness of assigned residents' rooms; properly maintain and record resident restraints; and, promptly report all violations of safety and sanitation rules to supervisor. Attend and participate in orientation, state required training, educational activities and staff meeting. Any other tasks, assignments, projects or requests as deemed by management. Qualifications High School education preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must read, write, speak and understand English. Completion of training program for certification (CNA preferred not required). Previous experience with geriatric nursing preferred. Knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering basic first aid and resident care. CPR certification. Basic understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques. Good physical and mental health; neat, clean, well groomed and responsible. Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly. Must have upper body strength adequate to bend, lift, shift, move, and/or assist in moving articles of more than seventy-five pounds. Must be able to squat, reach, and stretch without distress. Must be able to tolerate extended periods walking, standing.
