We are looking for a full-time, Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in the Foley Cancer Center. Our comprehensive community cancer center manages patients in multiple settings: cancer clinic, inpatient, emergency room, and telehealth. Working collaboratively with physician and nurse partners to provide patient and family-centered care. M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm, no weeknight call, one weekend per month on call coverage.
Under the direction of the Medical Director and/or physician, the Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides healthcare services to patients by following established standards, procedures and practices in their area of specialty. Obtains detailed history and performs physical or psychological examinations. Performs or orders X-rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory tests and other diagnostic procedures, and interprets results. Administers such therapeutic procedures as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care. Provides physicians with assistance during surgery or medical procedures. Instructs patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens, home care and health maintenance. Evaluates outcomes of direct patient care and consults with other specialists as required. Maintains required records and writes progress notes on patient charts as to status, treatments and procedures. Provides preventative health care services to long-term patients and arranges consultations and referrals.
Minimum Education
Masters Degree in Nursing or Graduate of an American Medical Association approved Physician Assistant educational program.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in specialty area being sought (i.e., Pain Management, Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatrics, Endocrinology or Oncology).
Required Licenses/Certifications
Licensed with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation with advanced certification by a national certifying organization recognized by the Vermont Nursing Board's scope of practice.

The Life Skills Coach (LSC) provides direct support to Mansfield Hall students in managing day-to-day life skills and building the life skills necessary for independence. POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Childcare Program Staff
PAY: $14.42 per hour
HOURS: 2:45 - 5:30 pm
The After-School Program team is responsible for:
Facilitate hands-on activities following our Healthy Kids Curriculum, covering everything from fitness to STEAM, academic adventures, artsy creations, and more! Oh, and don't forget about helping out with homework.
Create a safe, healthy, and mega-fun environment where kids can thrive. Be the ultimate role model they'll look up to every single day.
Stay connected with parents and family members via the Playground App, because who doesn't love sharing those precious moments and updates?
Make sure you're always in the know by following state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and our host school's rules like a pro!
Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.
Requirements
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
You're 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
While having 1 year of experience working with kiddos under 13 is awesome, it's not a must-have. We believe in potential and passion!
You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.
You're warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills are your jam, whether it's with kiddos, parents, or fellow team members. Plus, you're professional, reliable, and always prompt.
You're ready to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and basically do whatever it takes to keep up with energetic kiddos!
