Behavior Management: Managing student behavior, redirecting as needed, and reporting serious issues to the supervisor. Program Maintenance: Keeping the aftercare space clean, organized, and safe. Enforcement of Policies and Procedures: Following and enforcing program policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
