Essential Activities and Tasks
Operations Management - 75%
Dusts furniture, tables, window ledges, lights, beds, high pipes, and other dusting.
Empties and cleans waste cans and replaces liners in waste cans if present.
Cleans and polishes tables, fixtures, furnishings, and woodwork.
Cleans, washes, and disinfects bathroom sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, and floors, and polishes chrome bathroom fixtures.
Cleans windows and mirrors in bathrooms, entrance/exit ways, patio doors, etc.
Cleans all floors and baseboards by disinfecting, sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, waxing, buffing, etc.
Vacuums carpets and carpeted stairways.
Cleans walls and ceilings by wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, etc.
Ensures that work area are clean (i.e. cart, car, and/or closet for supplies) and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc. are in proper working order.

Ensures that established quality assurance, infection control, and universal precaution practices are maintained when performing housekeeping procedures.

You are the first point of contact for staff and clients at the site you are responsible for:
Provide direction, training, and supervision. This includes making sure you and your staff knows all the

Your clients restrictions, allergies, special diets, and any other pertinent client specific information.
Who can and cannot have contact and/or information about the client?
Staff know how to clock in and out correctly.
How to properly call off, request days off and submit them to the scheduler.
How to complete an incident report properly and how to contact when one occurs.
How to fill out outcomes
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Understanding/knowing what the companies policies and procedures include. i.e., dress code, client rights, company chain of command.
DAILY DUTIES
Addressing all immediate concerns for your site.
Be on Call for call offs, filling shifts, report lates, and any other staffing or site concern.
Checking documentation daily i.e., Mars, Progress Notes, Logs, and Supports. Notify staff of any missing documentation and ensure that it gets completed.
Work with Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Scheduler to deal with call offs or scheduling issues.
Always keep lines of communication open with staff and upper management.
You should be checking paperwork and supplies and request from the office what you need in a timely manner.
WEEKLY DUTIES
Complete weekly/monthly checklist report, weekly grocery shopping, reviewing documentation, unannounced in-home checks, taking clients to cash weekly checks and any medical appointments.
In-services: Ensuring your staff understands any in-services that are at your site. If you need clarification on an in-service that goes to your house be sure to contact your supervisor.
MONTHLY DUTIES
Ensure your staff has completed or corrected any missing documentation so that all monthly paperwork can be handed in to the office.
Ensure changeover is completed correctly monthly and that all needed documentation for clients is in the books.

Shifts: Part Time, Full Time Openings
Responsibilities:
Monitors the whereabouts of the residents and or applicable visitors at all times.
Supervision and monitoring of medications, which includes re-stocking and organization of supplies.
Orients and assists in the completing of resident intakes.
Provides services and or trains residents to function independently.
Institutes and takes an independent pro-active approach to crisis intervention for unacceptable behavior as defined by the resident's individual treatment plan (ISP).
Plans, coordinates and schedules various resident positive and therapeutic activities
Responsible for operating an Agency vehicle and transporting the residents as needed to various external recreational, educational and or occupational activities.
Under the direction of clinical staff, participates directly in the development of individual service plans, which includes attending treatment, diagnostic and resident evaluation team meetings.
Completes daily documentation/case notes logs in electronic records utilizing Credible
Performs a variety of miscellaneous residential duties such as: performing light duty housekeeping in resident living /common areas. Assists in daily/ weekly shopping for food/household supplies. Completes required residential fire watches per guidelines. Prepares and or assists in the preparation of daily resident's meals and meal plans.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in social work, psychology, health and human services is preferred
Three years social service and/or behavioral health related experience in a residential treatment facility is preferred.
Basic Computer, Electronic Medical Records - Use of Credible Must have three years' experience working with at-risk adolescents.
