The DSP will ensure agency compliance with policy and procedures to ensure that the persons supported are safe, appropriately supervised and have the support they need to live independently. The DSP embraces the mission of organization by fostering a culture of compassion, hope, service, and collaboration. Major Responsibilities: DIRECT DUTIES: • Participates in the circles of support to assist with the development and implementation of outcomes that are agreed on by the circle of support.
