Primary Functions: The Lead DSP, under the supervision of the Residential Program Manager, is responsible for maintaining the well-being, safety, and quality of life of residents while fostering an environment conducive to independence, community integration, and personal growth.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each resident's unique abilities, needs, preferences, and goals.
Provide personalized assistance and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
