Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (preferred). Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a caregiving role preferred, but not required-training provided. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
