GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Direct Support Professional staff provides directcare services and supports to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Duties consist of quality interaction and support of individuals in all activities of daily living, personal care, routine housekeeping, cooking, shopping, skills training and community integration. Settings in which services are provided include community (public) settings, individuals home, and center-operated Individual Skills and Socialization/Day Habilitation training sites.
Performs moderately complex (journey-level) habilitative and rehabilitative care work with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
The assigned shift will generally be M-F, 8am-4pm; however due to client needs, scheduled events, or staff outages there are times in which staff will be asked to provide services outside the typical M-F, 8-4. These events are typically known in advance and supervisor will work with staff to flex their schedule. If flexing is not able to occur, overtime pay will be given for hours exceeding 40 hours in a week (Sunday-Saturday). In the event a client service is scheduled on a center holiday, holiday pay will be given for time worked.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
Provides directcare, meaningful activities and skills training to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities as outlined in the Person Directed Plan, Individual Plan of Care and Implementation Plan. This may include assisting individuals with hygiene and personal care.
As a member of the service planning team, provides input regarding individuals service participation and progress towards goals.

Observes individual for signs and symptoms of disease, injury, reaction to medications, behavioral changes, or other conditions that warrant medical intervention. Report significant changes in individual's physical conditions or behavior.
Utilizes approved techniques from Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) training to manage aggressive behavior among individuals, and provide intervention to ensure that individuals are protected from harm or injury.
Assists in the implementation of behavior support plan, as determined by Licensed Behavior Analyst. This may include completing behavior data cards and interventions specific to targeted behaviors.
Documentation
Required to register as a provider in Texas Medicaid Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Must complete EVV visit documentation through the EVV portal at the time of service delivery as required by Texas Medicaid.
Completes progress notes and service logs within timelines specified by division policy.
All documentation must meet billing guidelines for the individual's specific program (ex. Home and Community-based Services, General Revenue, Texas Home Living, PASRR).
Completes incident reports within the time frames specified by the center.
Responds to inquiries or directives from division staff tasked with data management and quality assurance. All inquiries should be responded to within 1 business day, unless a shorter timeline is required due to state reporting of encounter data or billing. This includes data in both the center's Electronic Health Records (EHR) and the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate high ethical standards, trustworthiness, and personal integrity. Regular attendance, dependability, and promptness are required for the work day hours 100% of the time, to ensure consistency and completeness of program's processes.
Professional Development - Successfully complete training required to maintain skill competency and cross training to ensure consistency across program procedures. Complete continuing education as required by professional standards and the Center.
Frequent daily driving within the catchment area is required.

* Make Director aware of special needs or problems of individual students. Make daily observations/log of the health of children, reporting conditions which require attention.
* Observe and document developmental progress of children.
Safety
* Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting and climbing. (CISD Emergency Operations Procedure, Fire Drills, Weather Drills, Etc.)
* Follow district safety protocols and emergency protocols. Report suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation to DFPS as specified in the Texas Family Code, §261.101.
* Maintain current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications.

The General Foreman - UPW/PCW is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and turnover of ultra-high purity (UHP) utility piping systems-including ultrapure water (UPW) and process cooling water (PCW)-within semiconductor cleanroom environments. This role manages multiple foremen and crews, ensures strict compliance with OSHA, SEMI, and project-specific protocols, and upholds the highest standards of installation quality, safety, and cleanliness.
The position is critical in delivering safe, efficient, and first-pass quality UHP utility systems that directly support semiconductor tool installations and manufacturing operations. Success requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with superintendents, QA/QC, and other trades to meet aggressive construction and tool startup schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate UPW/PCW installation crews (pipefitters, welders, helpers) across cleanroom bays and utility corridors.
Develop and manage daily/weekly work plans aligned with tool installation and commissioning milestones.
Conduct pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and JSAs to ensure readiness prior to cleanroom entry.
Enforce semiconductor cleanroom protocols, including gowning, contamination control, and chemical handling.
Review and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and utility distribution drawings to confirm scope and installation accuracy.
Oversee pipe fusion, welding, and mechanical joint quality control per ASTM, ASME B31.3, and OEM specifications.
Direct and verify pressure/leak testing (hydrostatic, nitrogen, helium) and proper flushing/passivation of systems.
Maintain accurate weld logs, spool maps, heat traceability, and turnover documentation.
Drive 98%+ first-pass yield through close coordination with QA/QC and commissioning teams.
Report manpower, progress, and look-ahead schedules to project leadership.
Represent the UPW/PCW discipline in coordination meetings, audits, and client walk-downs.
Mentor and train crews in UHP installation practices, cleanroom conduct, and safety excellence.
Qualifications:
8+ years of piping installation experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries (cleanroom/UHP required).
3-5+ years of supervisory experience (Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent level).
Proven expertise in UPW/PCW piping systems, flushing, and passivation procedures.
Knowledge of SEMI standards (S2, S8, F15, F81), OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and cleanroom contamination control.
