Determines direct care service delivery staffing needs and arranges for the delivery of services through conducting interviews, hiring, supervising, producing payroll payments, evaluating, and discipline of Direct Care Worker. Participates in team meetings with family members, professionals, and case managers to implement procedures and programs that ensure regulation compliance. Coordinates schedules for both waiver and generic services for client that includes staffing of all alternative living services.
