We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to work closely with the client and parents. ABA Therapy is provided at the clients home and the specialist works 1:1 with the client by following and intervention plan. The successful candidate will go through a month-long paid training consisting of three parts (RBT 40-hour online modules, 5 day in-person training and observations). The candidate will work with the clinical staff to tailor ABA interventions to help clients meet their needs. The candidate will also provide parent training (training parent ABA interventions) and provide constructive feedback to clients/parents.
